Oh my gosh.  You have to use Joyce as an agent. Not only was she helpful with her knowledge of the market, she made sure we knew about every aspect of the areas we were looking at so that we could make an informed decision.  We then narrowed down the type of house we wanted and she helped us find our dream home.  Joyce provided us with the stats in the area and did an outstanding job in the negotiation process.
